There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. For later cancellations, the deposit will be retained.

In the event of a cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

In the event of a guest’s failure to arrive (“no-show”) or early departure, the full amount for the entire booked stay is payable.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
